5:30 pm: Welcome Circle
6:30 pm: Dinner
8:00 - 9:00 pm: Yoga Nidra Practice (Guided Relaxation)
Day 2 
Friday April 9
7:00 am: Morning Meditation
8:00 am: Breakfast
9:30 - 10:45 am: Gentle Hatha Yoga
12:30 pm: Lunch
1:30 - 2:30 pm: Free Time  or Farm Tour
2:30 - 4:30 pm: Free Time or Farm-to-Table Experience (Extra Cost)
5:00 - 6:00 pm: Therapeutic Yin Yoga
6:30 pm: Dinner
8:00 - 9:00 pm: Restorative Yoga
Day 3 
Saturday April 10
7:00 am: Morning Meditation
8:00 am: Breakfast
9:30 - 10:45 am: Gentle Hatha Yoga
12:30 pm: Lunch
1:00 - 4:00 pm: Free Time, Saltspring Island Market
4:30 - 5:30 pm: Therapeutic Yin Yoga
6:30 pm: Dinner
8:00 - 9:30 pm: Movie Night (Pyjamas + Popcorn)

Day 4 
Sunday April 11
7:00 am: Morning Meditation
8:00 am: Breakfast
9:30 - 10:45 am: Gentle Hatha Yoga
10:45 am - 11:30 am: Closing Circle and Group Photo
12:30 pm: Lunch
1:00 pm: Guests Depart
Notes for Guests:

1. All activities/classes are optional for all guests, This retreat is your time to relax and listen to your body. Please feel free to join in for any classes or activities you choose. Do as much or little as you wish.

2. The retreat schedule is proposed and is subject to change.

3. A welcome email will be sent to all registered participants for the retreat 60 days prior to the retreat. This email we will provide: rooming request lists ( if your wish to share a room with a specific person), any meal/dietary restrictions (meals will be vegetarian, with the option to add meat or fish, Logistics (travel, carpool arrangements, ferry , etc).

4. All yoga props will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own props if you wish for your comfort (eye pillow, blankets, etc)
