Service Description
Returning home to the body is a strong practice ~ Thich Naht Hanh This fall we will focus on building a strong mind-body connection through gentle movement, breathwork and mindfulness meditation. Each practice will focus on creating a safe and supportive space within yourself, physically and mentally, to buiId a foundation of stability, strength, and flexibility and cultivate self-awareness. Meet me online on Tuesday mornings from 9 - 10 am for the live class, or use the recording to practice at a time that works best for you. The recording is good for 7 days, so you can take the class as many times as you wish that week. Props: yoga mat, block(s), strap, sturdy chair, blanket. Optional: blanket, bolster, eye pillow.
