1. The retreat schedule is subject to change.
2. All activities/classes are optional. This retreat is your time to relax and listen to your body. Please feel free to join any classes or activities you choose. Do as much or little as you wish.
3. A welcome email will be sent to all registered participants for the retreat 30 days prior to the retreat with final retreat details.
4. All yoga props will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own props if you wish for your comfort (eye pillow, blankets, etc)
