Hybrid Yoga Classes: In-Person and Online (via Zoom)
Note: starting January 4, 2021 BC Provincial health orders allow for a return to hybrid in-person and online classes. In accordance with the new PHO order, in-person spots are limited to 5 per class to allow for social distancing. Sign up for in-person spots early as they fill quickly. Online spots are unlimited. Both in-person and online participants will receive a link to the class recording that allows you to practice form home for 5 days after each class.
Props required include:
Bone Health Clinic: foam block (3" or 4"), yoga strap, blanket.
Steadiness and Ease: foam block (3" or 4"), yoga strap, spiky ball(s). Optional: chip foam block, blanket, bolster.
Rest and Restore: bolster and blanket. Optional: eye pillow, sandbag, blocks.

This class offers a series of long-held supported poses, followed by a guided relaxation. This 75 minute class suitable for beginners and all levels.
