This 60-minute class is designed to support you in developing strong alignment, and progress you in practicing the 36 poses demonstrated to build bone density in studies completed by Dr. Loren Fishman. Join me in person or online, or sign up and take it using the recording at a time that works for you. All participants receive an email with a link to the recording which is good for one week. This class offers functional movement practices, and is suitable for anyone wishing to move with ease and cultivate steadiness in the body, mind and spirit. Props: bring a mat. You can bring your own props or use studio props: block, strap, and ball(s). Optional: blanket, eye pillow

This class will challenge and improve your mobility, strength and balance. Suitable for anyone with yoga experience and the ability to get up and down from the floor with ease. Learn postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to support your body, mind and spirit.

This gentle and slow-paced all-levels class works deeply into the connective tissues of the body to relieve deep-held tension and improve mobility. Expect to slow down and enjoy a deep stretch though a series of supported long-held postures (2-5 minutes). Excellent for improving vitality, emotional and mental wellbeing.
