Hybrid Yoga (Online or In Person)
These hybrid classes offered through Ajna Yoga Studio are designed to support you in practicing safely in studio or at home. Whether you choose to attend in person or online, you will receive a link to the class recording that allows you to practice from home for 5 days after each class. Props required include: foam block (3" or 4"), yoga strap, spiky ball(s). Optional: chip foam block, blanket, bolster. All props available for purchase through the Prop Shop
