Mondays
9:00 - 10:00 am: Yoga for Healthy Aging II
This class will challenge and improve your mobility, strength and balance. Suitable for anyone with yoga experience and the ability to get up and down from the floor with ease. Learn postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to support your body, mind and spirit.
10:15 - 11:15 am: Yoga for Healthy Aging I
Designed to support your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing as you age. This gentle class is suitable for beginners and all levels. Agi provides a welcoming and supportive environment to encourage mobility, strength, flexibility and balance.
Tuesdays
9:00 - 10:00 am: Zoom Yoga: The Eight Limbs of Yoga
January 13 - March 3, 2026 (8 weeks | $120 + GST)
Join me to learn about the traditional eight-limbed path of yoga (ashtanga). Over eight weeks we will systematically explore the philosophy behind this ancient path, and learn to expand and deepen our understanding of yoga through lifestyle practices (yama and niyama), embodied movement (asana), breathwork (pranayama), focus (pratyahara), and meditation (dharana, dyana, samadhi). A gentle, supportive class suitable for absolute beginners and continuing students.

Wednesdays
9:00 - 10:15 am: Yoga for Bone Health
Designed to support you in developing strength and improving your postural alignment and balance. Certified in BoneFit with Osteoporosis Canada and Yoga for Osteoporosis with Dr. Loren Fishman, Agi offers a welcoming and supportive environment for you to practice yoga safely and effectively.
5:30 - 6:45 pm: Yin Yoga
Improve your mobility and release deep-held tension through a combination of slow-paced yin yoga postures and ball rolling techniques. This class targets the connective tissue of the body, helping to relieve pain and tension, improve flexibility, and promote relaxation.
Thursdays
9:00 - 10:00 am: Yoga for Healthy Aging Level II
This class will challenge and improve your mobility, strength and balance. Suitable for anyone with yoga experience and the ability to get up and down from the floor with ease. Learn postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to support your body, mind and spirit.
10:15 - 11:15 am: Yoga for Healthy Aging Level I
