This 60-minute class is designed to support you in developing strong alignment, and progress you in practicing the 36 poses demonstrated to build bone density in studies completed by Dr. Loren Fishman. Join me in person or online, or sign up and take it using the recording at a time that works for you. All participants receive an email with a link to the recording which is good for one week.
Props: bring your own mat. You can bring your own block and strap  or borrow studio props. Optional: chair, blanket.

This class offers functional movement practices, and is suitable for anyone wishing to move with ease and cultivate steadiness in the body, mind and spirit. Join me for the live class in person or online, or sign up and take it using the recording at a time that works for you. All participants receive an email with a link good for one week.
Props: bring your own mat. You can bring your own props or borrow studio props: block, strap, and spiky ball(s). Optional: blanket, eye pillow

This pre-registered yoga class is designed to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being as you age. With specialized training in yoga for healthy aging, arthritis and osteoporosis, Agi provides a welcoming and supportive environment to encourage mobility, strength, flexibility and balance. Register for one or both classes.
