All classes are pre-registered group classes offered at Gordon Head Recreation Centre (Wellness Annex) or online via zoom.

Monday
8:30 - 9:30 am Yoga for Healthy Aging (GHRC Wellness Annex)
Designed to support your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing as you age this gentle class is suitable for all levels. Agi provides a welcoming and supportive environment to encourage mobility, strength, flexibility and balance.
9:45 - 10:45 am Yoga for Healthy Aging II (GHRC Wellness Annex)
This class will challenge and improve your mobility, strength and balance. Suitable for anyone with yoga experience and the ability to get up and down from the floor with ease. Learn postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to support your body, mind and spirit.
Tuesday
9:00 - 10:00 am Gentle Yoga (Online via Zoom)
Meet me online on Tuesday mornings from 9 - 10 am for Gentle Yoga. Practice from the comfort of your home in this therapeutic class. Join me for the live class or use the recording (sent out Tuesday late morning) to practice at a time that works best for you. The recording is good for 7 days, so you can take the class as many times as you wish that week.
Wednesday

9:45 - 10:45 am Yoga for Osteoporosis (GHRC Wellness Annex)
Designed to support you in developing strength , improving your postural alignment, and progress you in practicing poses demonstrated to build bone density. Certified in Yoga for Osteoporosis with Dr. Loren Fishman, Agi offers a welcoming and supportive environment for you to practice yoga safely and effectively.

9:45 - 10: 45 am Yoga Roll and Release (GHRC Wellness Annex)
Release deep-held tension in the body through a combination of slow-paced and gentle yin yoga postures and ball rolling techniques. This class targets the connective tissue of the body, helping to relieve pain and tension, improve flexibility, and promote relaxation.
