From my Home to Yours

Pre-registered Yoga from the comfort of your own home.

Meet me online on Tuesday mornings from 9 - 10 am for Gentle Yoga. Join the live class or use the recording (sent out Tuesday late morning) to practice at a time that works best for you. The recording is good for 14 days, so you can take the class as many times as you wish that week.  As the Journey through the Koshas has already begun, you can still join by paying by e-transfer to agi@arbutusyoga.caIf you have questions, or if cost is a barrier email me for a subsidized spot.

Tips for Home Practice

✨ Set up a space for your practice - a small area or corner where you have room to move

✨ Place your device (laptop, phone) somewhere you can see me without craning your neck too much

✨ Have your camera on or off - whatever is most comfortable for you

✨ Make sure you have the props you will need (mat, block, strap, blanket) - visit my Prop Shop if you need props

✨ If you can't make the live class, schedule time in your week to take the class

✨ Turn off your phone and close the door to minimize disturbance

✨ Play some of your own soft music if you wish (or check out my yoga playlists)

✨ Listen to your body and enjoy your class 💚

You are a wonderful teacher. Though now nearly 69 years old I am relatively new to yoga. You opened my eyes to its teachings on the mind/body connection and offered classes that were accessible to me. I felt so safe in your hands. Other classes that I tried left me frustrated that I couldn’t manage to get my body into, for me, difficult poses at what seemed to me to be top speed.
