Yin Yoga
Improve your mobility and release deep-held tension through a combination of slow-paced yin yoga postures and ball rolling techniques. This class targets the connective tissue of the body, helping to relieve pain and tension, improve flexibility, and promote relaxation.
Agi teaches Yin Yoga Wednesdays from 5:30 - 6:45 am at Gordon Head Recreation Centre. These are pre-registered classes with sign-up through Saanich Recreation.
