Yin Yoga is a slow, contemplative practice that invites us to return home to our bodies, allowing us to take time to nourish body, mind and spirit. Agi offers Yin Yoga at Yew Tree Yoga in Cadboro Bay on Thursdays from 12:00 - 1:15 pm. This is a drop-in class, however, advanced registration is recommended online to reserve a spot.
