Roll and Release

This gentle all-levels class will support you to r
elease deep-held tension in the body through a combination of slow-paced yin yoga postures and ball rolling techniques. This class targets the connective tissue of the body, helping to relieve pain and tension, improve flexibility, and promote relaxation. Expect to slow down and enjoy a deep stretch.

Agi teaches Roll and Release Thursdays from 9:45 - 10:45 am at Gordon Head Recreation Centre. These are pre-registered classes with sign-up through Saanich Recreation.
