Yoga for Healthy Aging classes are gentle, 60-minute classes designed to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being as you age. With specialized training in Yoga for Healthy Aging, Arthritis and Osteoporosis, Agi provides a welcoming and supportive environment to encourage mobility, strength, flexibility and balance.
Agi is certified to teach Yoga for Healthy Aging through Dr. Baxter Bell (MD, C-IAYT). She offers pre-registered Yoga for Healthy Aging classes through Saanich Recreation each year from September - May. Register now for January 2020:
