Yoga for Healthy Aging

Agi offers pre-registered Yoga for Healthy Aging classes through Saanich Recreation each year from September - June.
 
With a passion for healthy aging, Agi provides a welcoming and supportive environment to encourage mobility, strength, flexibility and balance. Agi is certified to teach Yoga for Healthy Aging through Dr. Baxter Bell (MD, C-IAYT) and Yoga for Osteoporosis through Dr. Loren Fishman (MD, C-IAYT). 

Yoga for Healthy Aging
Yoga for Healthy Aging classes are gentle, 60-minute classes designed to support your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing as you age. This gentle class is suitable for all levels. Agi provides a welcoming and supportive environment to encourage mobility, strength, flexibility and balance as you age.

Yoga for Healthy Aging II
This class will challenge and improve your mobility, strength and balance. Suitable for anyone with yoga experience and the ability to get up and down from the floor with ease. Learn postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to support your body, mind and spirit.
