I acknowledge with respect that I work, live, and play as a guest on the ancestral, traditional, and unceded Indigenous territories of the Lekwungen peoples, including the territories of the Songhees, Esquimalt and W̱SÁNEĆ peoples whose historical relationships with the land continue to this day.

Anything I know, learn or share is not mine. I come from a long line of teachers, students and practice. I offer thanks to my teachers, and deep reverence for the practice of yoga. As a half-Korean and half-Jewish/European woman it is not of my culture and I continue to learn with respect and openness. My teaching is not reflective of yoga in its entirety as a 5000-year old spiritual practice, and I acknowledge that I am not an expert in yoga.
