Learn to Knit Yoga Retreat | October 23 - 25, 2026

Agi Mallory
Yoga Instructor
I am dedicated to creating a caring community through yoga, offering classes, workshops and retreats focusing on anatomy, yoga philosophy and creative sequencing. An avid knitting, I knit as a form of moving meditation. I'm inspired seeing how both yoga and knitting can be powerful tools for self-regulation, personal empowerment, and connection. I love to knit cosy things like sweaters, shawls and socks for myself and as gifts for love ones. I offer Yoga & Knitting Retreats, and Knitting Circles at my home in Victoria, BC.

Kathy Pickles
Knitting Instructor
I love the magic of knitting…transforming simple yarn into beautiful items. My family owned a woolen mill in Prince Edward Island so I grew up surrounded by yarn and people who were makers. My mother, aunt and grandmother taught me to knit and my first ‘real’ project was a scarf for my dad. It was hideous. Over the years I have ventured into other fibre arts like sewing, needle felting, rug hooking, embroidery, needle point, and cross stitch, but knitting is the craft I am passionate about. My ideal day is sitting on my deck with my knitting and a good audio book.
