Learn to Knit Yoga Retreat | October 23 - 26, 2025
Meet your retreat instructors and take a sneak peak at the beautiful and simple project you will learn to knit.

Michelle Lambton
I have been crafting with yarn my whole life. It felt accessible, warm and just good. I have been knitting for 30 years, knitting passionately for about ten. I speak crochet, weaving, felting, spinning and dying. I have been teaching beginner knitters for six years at the Beehive Wool Shop in Victoria, BC and thoroughly enjoy watching how different folks learn and make the craft their own.

Agi Mallory
I knit as a form of moving meditation. I love to knit cosy things like sweaters, shawls and socks for myself and as gifts for love ones. I'm inspired seeing how both yoga and knitting can be powerful tools for self-regulation, personal empowerment, and connection. I offer Yoga & Knitting Retreats on Salt Spring Island, British Columbia, Canada and Knitting Circles for my yoga community at my home in Victoria, BC.

Retreat Cowl / Tube Hat
We will be learning to knit the Tube Hat by DROPS Design.
Each participant will receive a kit with the pattern and all the necessary supplies to learn to knit this cosy and versatile hat, which can also be worn as a cowl. Made with super-soft yarn this knit can be worn as a tube hat (as pictured) or neck cowl to keep you or a loved one warm and cosy on a cold winter day.
