Yoga for Bone Health
Agi offers drop-in Yoga for Bone Health Yoga classes twice each week at Ajna Yoga Centre in Oak Bay. These 75-minute classes are for people with osteopenia, osteoporosis or anyone interested in building bone density and core strength.
Monday 1:30 - 2:45 pm and Wednesday 10:30 - 11:45 am
