Osteo Yoga (In person or online via Zoom)
Agi offers drop-in Osteo Yoga classes each week at Ajna Yoga Centre in Oak Bay. This 60-minute class is designed to support you in developing strong alignment, and progress you in practicing the 36 poses demonstrated to build bone density in studies completed by Dr. Loren Fishman. Join me in person or online, or sign up and take it using the recording at a time that works for you. All participants receive an email with a link to the recording which is good for one week. Bring a mat.
