Retreat Booking​​
Refer to the Rooms + Rates to select which accommodation type you wish to book. If you wish to share a room with someone please note that in your email so you can be placed in the same shared room.
TO BOOK YOUR RETREAT:
1. Email agi@arbutusyoga.ca to ensure your room type is available.
2. A non-refundable $300.00 deposit is required to book your spot, and can be paid by credit card using the link below or by e-transfer to agi@arbutusyoga.ca.
3. The full remaining balance is due 30 days in advance of the retreat, and you will receive an email invoice at that time with your remaining balance.
All sales are final. Please read the cancellation policy below to fully understand your commitment.

​Retreat Pricing​
Retreat cost varies depending on the type of accommodation you prefer. All prices are in Canadian dollars and include 8% Accommodation Tax and 2% MRDT Tourism Tax. GST (5%) is not included and will be included in your payment total. Note that the price increase from 2025 reflects an increase in retreat facility and meal costs.

Retreat Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be given for retreat reservations. In the event that you need to cancel more than 30 days before the retreat a credit will be added to your account on any amount paid minus the non-refundable/non-transferrable deposit of $300. Credits are not transferable to other offerings or other individuals. No credits will be provided within 30 days of the retreat. If the retreat is cancelled at any point by Arbutus Yoga or Stowel Lake Farm you will receive a full refund.​​​​​​
