Nourish Body, Mind and Spirit

How does our yoga practice evolve as we age? How can we deepen our experience of yoga by adapting our asana (movement) practice to support and nourish our bodies as we grow older? How might we explore pranayama (breathing techniques) as tools to energize or bring a sense of calm?

Join certified Yoga Therapist Agi Mallory for a practice designed to explore a balance between mobility and stability in the joints, support muscular strength and balance, and provide meditative practice to cultivate peace and equanimity. The practice will include sixty minutes of nourishing movement, followed by thirty minutes of restorative yoga and guided relaxation to allow your body to rest and support nervous system regulation. Experience a therapeutic practice designed to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being as you age. All bodies, ages and levels welcome.

Please bring a yoga mat, block, warm layers and/or blanket.
Optional: eye pillow
